Nutrition is 80% of what it takes to get your body to do what you want it to do. So no matter how hard you train, or how often you are in the gym, if you're not addressing your eating habits your progress is going to be slow to nothing. When you are fueling the body with what it needs, the times it needs it, and the amounts it needs everything will fall into place. I will take care of that part along with making adjustments to your cardio when needed and advice on supplementation.

Everyone's body is different as are each individuals goals. What I do is to take ALL things into consideration learning each clients body week by week to best reach their specific goals. As well as making adjustments to everything week by week (or for the basic dieter as often as needed) to make sure your progress is consistent. Constant communication via email/text is critical so that I can answer any questions you may have every step of the way and we stay on the same page. Meals will be broken down for you. I will give you what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat it. All based on the information you provide me.
