Team Red Beard Physiques
At the 2016 NPC San Antonio Extravaganza Team Red Beard won the team award for the best total placing for a team of athletes.
Each of our placings earning points to give us the highest points total of the show with the award being this cool Barbarian Helmet! This is now my most prized trophy of my collection.
Winning this was more gratifying than any of my personal wins (well with the exception of winning my IFBB Pro card lol) because we did it as a team.

For me more important than wins, trophies or placing is the progress of my clients. My goal is to get them in the best shape of their lives.
We have no control over what the judges decide so dwelling on external validation should not be the ultimate goal. The ultimate goal should be being YOUR BEST.
